How do I use the Sip-n-Stroll™ bottle?

Squeeze the bottle and tilt it forward to fill the soft silicone cup. Let your dog drink, then release the pressure to let unused water flow back inside.

Is the bottle leak-proof?

Yes. The bottle is designed with a leak-proof valve and secure cap to help prevent spills when properly closed. For best results, make sure the cap is fully tightened and avoid overfilling.

What materials is it made from?

The bottle is made from BPA-free PET with a food-grade silicone cup and a durable valve system.

What size is the bottle?

The bottle holds 550 ml / 19 fl oz, is approximately 23 cm / 9 in tall, and weighs around 180 g / 6.3 oz when empty.

What color is it?

The current color is Light Gray.

How do I clean it?

Rinse after use with warm soapy water and let it fully air dry before storing. The bottle is also top-rack dishwasher safe. Do not use harsh chemicals.

How long does delivery take?

Tracked delivery usually takes 10–15 days from order confirmation, including processing and shipping.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@sipnstrollpet.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after the order has been sent to processing or packing.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return period. Items should be unused, clean, and returned in their original condition with all accessories.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@sipnstrollpet.com with your order number and clear photos. We’ll help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll help arrange the best solution.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to process the refund.
