1. Overview
This website is operated by Sip-n-Stroll™, operated by Tomas Sirvydas (“we”, “us”, “our”). “Store”, “Site” or “Service” refers to sipnstrollpet.com. By visiting or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the policies referenced here (Shipping & Delivery, Refund & Returns, Privacy).

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

3. Products & Pricing
Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices, descriptions, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an “Order-shipped” email. We may refuse/cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory error). Digital confirmations count as written receipts.

5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay (availability depends on your location). Payment is captured at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Where we ship: EU, UK, and US.
Estimated delivery times & rates (tracked):

  • European Union: FREE, 6–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: £1.99, 6–12 business days

  • United States: $3.99, 6–12 business days

7. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Change-of-mind returns: item must be unused and in original packaging; customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective/damaged/incorrect item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund at our cost.
    EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. (If used, we refund the cost of our standard delivery—€0 for EU orders.) See Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

8. Discounts & Promotions
One code per order unless stated otherwise. Not redeemable for cash and not applicable retroactively. Promotions may change without notice.

9. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, images, text, graphics) is owned by Sip-n-Stroll™ and protected by EU and international IP laws. You may not reproduce without written permission.

10. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews/photos/comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and publish such content in connection with the Store, in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Links
We aren’t responsible for third-party websites or materials linked from the Site.

12. Errors & Omissions
We may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., pricing/availability) at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sip-n-Stroll™, its owners and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence where unlawful to limit.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sip-n-Stroll™ harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
