Delivery estimate: Tracked delivery usually takes 10–15 days from order confirmation, including processing and shipping.

We currently ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States.

Shipping rates & times

All available shipping options are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are counted from order confirmation and include both preparation and transportation time.

Tracking

• All orders include tracking.
• Your tracking link will be emailed after your order has shipped.
• You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.

Taxes, duties & VAT

• EU: Prices include tax where applicable.
• UK/US: Local taxes, duties, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Order changes & address corrections

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@sipnstrollpet.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been sent to processing or packing.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help investigate. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll help arrange a suitable solution.

Undeliverable or wrong address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but additional shipping costs may apply.
