Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

All services are tracked. Times below are in business days and don’t include the 1–2 day processing time.

Taxes, duties & VAT

• EU: Prices include VAT where applicable.
• UK/US: Local taxes/duties may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Order changes & address corrections

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@sipnstrollpet.com within 12 hours. We can’t guarantee changes after an order is sent to packing.

Lost/late parcels

If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days, contact us and we’ll investigate. If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll reship or refund.

Undeliverable / wrong address

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped (reship fee may apply) or refunded minus shipping fees.
