You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This sits inside our 30-day window.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
For hygiene/safety, used bottles cannot be accepted unless defective.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund at our cost (no return postage required in most cases).
You may return unopened items within 30 days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. (We’ll send the return address after issuing an RMA.)
Do not send a return without contacting us first.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll approve/deny and notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (your bank may take longer).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., the EU right of withdrawal refunds the cost of our standard delivery—€0 for EU orders).

Wrong address / failed delivery
If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price only.
