Refunds & Returns

We want you (and your pup) to be happy with Sip-n-Stroll™. If something isn’t right, we’ll help. 

Return window

  • You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This sits inside our 30-day window.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

  • For hygiene/safety, used bottles cannot be accepted unless defective.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

Defects / wrong item

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund at our cost (no return postage required in most cases).

Change-of-mind returns

  • You may return unopened items within 30 days.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. (We’ll send the return address after issuing an RMA.)

  • Do not send a return without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll approve/deny and notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days (your bank may take longer).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., the EU right of withdrawal refunds the cost of our standard delivery—€0 for EU orders).

Exchanges

Need a replacement of the same item? Contact us and we’ll arrange it.

How to start a return

Email support@sipnstrollpet.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if defective/damaged)
    We’ll reply with your RMA and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.


Shipping & Delivery (you can keep your existing page, or use this)

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Tracking: All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a link by email.

Estimated delivery times

  • European Union: FREE — Standard 6–12 business days (with tracking)

  • United Kingdom: £1.99 — Standard 6–12 business days (with tracking)

  • United States: $3.99 — Standard 6–12 business days (with tracking)

Notes:

  • Business days exclude weekends & holidays.

  • Remote areas/customs may add a few days.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the parcel, contact us within 7 days.

Wrong address / failed delivery
If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund the item price only.

Order changes & cancellations
We can edit/cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase—email support@sipnstrollpet.com as soon as possible.


Terms of Service (short, store-friendly)

By placing an order at Sip-n-Stroll™, you agree to our Shipping & Delivery and Refund & Returns Policy. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, out-of-stock).
