We want you (and your pup) to be happy with Sip-n-Stroll™. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return window

  • You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This sits inside our 30-day return window.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition.
  • Please return the item with the original packaging and accessories where possible.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used bottles cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns unless the item is defective.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and your order number.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we’ll help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution at our cost.

Change-of-mind returns

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
  • Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process the refund.
  • For EU withdrawal returns, we refund the product price and our standard delivery cost where required by law. Since EU shipping is currently free, the standard delivery cost is €0.

Need a replacement of the same item? Contact us and we’ll help arrange it.

How to start a return

Email support@sipnstrollpet.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

We’ll reply with return instructions.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@sipnstrollpet.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
