Shipping Policy

We currently ship to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and United States.

Delivery estimate: Tracked delivery usually takes 10–15 days from order confirmation, including processing and shipping.

Tracking

  • All orders include tracking where available.
  • Your tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
  • You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.

Taxes, duties & VAT

  • EU: Prices include tax where applicable.
  • UK/US: Local taxes, duties, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • All available shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

Order changes & address corrections

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@sipnstrollpet.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has been sent to processing or packing.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we’ll help arrange a suitable solution.

Undeliverable or wrong address

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address can be reshipped, but additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@sipnstrollpet.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
